Shipping and Returns

 Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

• Unused and unwashed items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
• We carefully package your order to ensure that your items arrive in good condition. Please inspect your item(s) as soon as you receive your order and contact us within 5 days if there is any damage to your item(s) or the packaging.  We will replace your damaged item(s) as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
• Unless you receive a damaged item or there was an error on your order, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (for orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
• Refunds/exchanges will be issued/shipped when we receive your original item.
• For exchanges where the product price is lower than the original item, a credit for the difference will be added to your account, or refunded to your original payment method.
