Thank you for shopping with Magnolia Organics! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders ship the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us at support@magnoliaorganics.com within a few hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make modifications.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please reach out to support@magnoliaorganics.com and we’ll do our best to assist. While carrier delays are outside our control, we’ll help you resolve the issue promptly.
