Most nursing pillows on the market are made of petroleum-based materials like polyester, and contain toxic dyes, formaldehyde finishes, or cotton pesticides. Your baby will spend a lot of time on a nursing pillow, especially for the first few months, and those ingredients can be harmful for their delicate skin and general health.

The Nursing Nest is made of 100% natural materials: the inside of the pillow is filled with buckwheat hulls, and the exterior is made of GOTS certified organic cotton.

I love this nursing pillow. It's well made and great for feeding my boy at work and at my computer desk. I like that it's made with good materials and affordable. Thank you for making a good product. I ended up getting 2 and multiple covers.
Really not happy with this product for nursing or bottle feeding. It's unusually heavy, hard to maneuver (especially when usually only having one hand while holding baby), not comfortable, doesn't offer the support that's needed. I haven't tried it for modified tummy time...I will be trying that because otherwise I don't have use for it.
We really love this pillow!! We had another one before but chose this one because it was a better size (allows our baby to “nest” in it better) and because it’s GOTS certified. We use it all the time, for bottle feeding, supervised lounging, and tummy time. One of our best baby purchases!
